It was around 8 AM, but we were planning to leave around 9:30 so I was planning way too early. I could’ve got some breakfast, but I was very locked in on the fishing gear. There was also a lot of preparation, especially if you needed to tie your rigs onto your fishing pole/line. After I finished all of that, it was 9 AM so it took me a whole hour to get prepared. Anyway, we had to go get bait so we stopped at a bait shop to pick up some packs of Nightcrawlers which were large worms that are really vital for catching Largemouth Bass which was our favorite species to fish for. After getting the bait, we hopped on the freeway and started driving to our destination. The destination was a place we call the “Tree Trunk” because of the tree trunk that is in the water, 10-15 from shore. It is located in the city of Isleton which is a small town near Sacramento. It took about an hour and a half to get there and almost every time we travel here, I always fall asleep. So, about 45 minutes into the drive, I finally felt hungry and got some food out of the bag that we packed and started to devour
