Personal Narrative-It's Time To Get Yummy Food

When I was 7 years old and in third grade, I was really short, and my mom’s birthday was coming up, my dad gave my sisters, my brother, and I a speech about how we need to be nice to each other and that we had to obey and respect others and each other. If we do this then we could go to a water park and a town called Frankenmuth. That same night was movie and pizza night. We were watching the new movie called Shrek 2. Instead of pizza my sister, Dillyn wanted something different. She wanted the horrible Ramen Noodles. My brother, Garrett put the Ramen Noodles in water then in the microwave for three minutes. “Genesis,” DIllyn said as the microwave went off, “can you please get the Ramen Noodles out of the microwave for me?” As I remember …show more content…
So we are going to have you moved to your room in a few minutes. Do you have any questions?”
“Um... can I watch movies and get yummy food?” I asked.
“Of course. What kinds of foods do you like?” The nurse replied.
“I like Mac & Cheese, jello, apple juice, and sometimes I like pizza.” I felt like I was at a restaurant and was being served. “Oh, I almost forgot can I have icecream too?”
“Yes you may.”
The nurses and doctors ran around like mice. At 1:05 pm, they finally got me up to my room. When I got up there my mom made me thank them. Then we tried to go to sleep, but I had been burned on my stomach, leg, and face so it was hard for me to fall asleep. My mom asked the doctors if they could give me some medicine to help me fall asleep. The nurse came in and came me something in my IV with that I was out.
Apparently 30 different people came to see me on the first day. I wouldn’t know because I was asleep for most of it, but I did get up when the doctors came in and re-bandaged my leg and stomach. They gave me some medicine for the pain to go away through my IV. Later in the day my cousins from Allegan came and played war with me. I beat them every time. The nurses came and gave me my dinner that I had almost every night Mac and Cheese with a strawberry Jello and a small cup of vanilla ice cream.. Sometimes I got pizza. Shortly after I was

After eating and getting my final check up of the day I passed out, and Baili and Dillyn and my dad left. When I awoke in the morning I took a shower. When I was done with the shower there was a big duck lying on the bed with my dad, Baili and Dillyn hiding. So I hid to. My mom walked in the door with coffee and they yelled surprise. I then realized that it was my mom’s birthday and she was sitting in a hospital with her daughter. The days passed by quickly just as they did the days before. Same everything. different people.
The seventh day came and that meant that I could go home. The doctor wanted to look at the burns before I left and give me pain medicine,When he looked at my stomach there was barely anything there, Barely any burns. The doctor called me a fast healer and said that he was going to miss having a goofball like me around. With that we left with laughter and smiles on our
