As I was walking in the hallway to Ms. Johnson’s room, I saw someone standing there that did not recognize that much. Welp, I hope it’s a good sub and not one who just yells at us or sleeps. I went to go grab my folder to work on my Do Now and then to sit into my assigned seat.

About 5 minutes later, we were waiting patiently for the intercom to come back on, and then the intercom ringed they said, “There is an intruder in the building now.”. My classmates hurried to get the blue totes, the chairs, the Promethean, and the laptop off as soon as possible. I told the sub, “Quickly, go get

In the beginning of my week I didnt weld much. I had the option of either re-drilling out holes on peaces of metal that got welded together or debering the finished weldments that the guys were doing and i choose to deber the metal. In the other half of the week i worked on welding up "10 footers" which is a peace of angle thats 10 feet long with holes drilled in it that then gets two smaller peaces of angle welded onto it about 2 feet in from both sides.…

It was a sunny day. The smell of the ocean air and the divine rich food from the outside kitchen filled my senses. So Ghostbusters is my favorite film of this year so far that I have seen. I could not stop grinning throughout the whole film. Just a big giddy grin. It is joyous, funny, and just wonderful. So incredibly refreshing to see a film about four female friends who talk about science rather than boys, who go out and be heroes in practical gear not skin tight catsuits.…

It was a mild, dark summer day in the Alaskan wilderness so I was out hunting with one of my buddies, Alex Smith. Me and and Alex first met in 5th grade, we’ve been close friends ever since. I had a Beretta Ballista that shoots a .308 Lapua Magnum so I could shoot long distances and Alex had a AR-15 that shoots a 5.56*.39. I was in the deep woods in a treestand and Alex was just about 20 yards away in a ground blind. I saw some movement in the distance but it was very dark at night with no moon…

Over the course of the last 15 years, my body has been taken over by FBI handlers for experimentation ad surveillance. It started just after September 11, 2001, and it has caused immense challenges for me in my own life. I went from running my own business to slapping myself, yelling and being completely unable to work. My business closed down, and I was put into a mental hospital by my father. This was done, I believe, as an attempt to discredit me by diagnosing me as bipolar and schizophrenic.…

I usually would not want hear other people’s thoughts because it is a complete invasion of privacy. In a world where it seems like everything is being watched or recorded, a person’s thoughts are all he or she has to him or herself. I am so paranoid that I actually censor my thoughts when surrounded by others because I have the irrational fear that people can read my mind and will think that I’m a complete psychopath. Even if a person is thinking about the reasons why he or she despises me or if he or she is thinking about some weird random story, I would never want to know what it is that he or she is thinking. It is very rare for people to actually know each other well.…

Stepping into my house is very different from stepping into my room, because there are different decorations. Upon entering my house there are many religious pictures, pictures that depict the Mexican culture, and even the aroma is also very distinct from my bedroom. Looking at how some of the old furniture stands out reminds me of when McPhee stated, “I stepped up into a kitchen, and went on into another room that had several overstuffed chairs in it and a porcelain-topped table, where Fred Brown was seated, eating a pork chop” (96). Once stepping into my room a person will notice how I have various lights around the room and how I usually have relaxing music playing in the back ground. I’ve been told that once stepping into my room it makes…

He proceeded, in an unclear jumbled up manner, stating the rules of the coming scare. I started laughing and questioned the clown on what he just said. While “rewinding” his words, we shrugged and followed him in. As he opened the door, it was an empty elongated room with the walls painted neon and fast strobing lights. We finally took our first steps in and suddenly the doors slammed shut.…
