Personal Narrative: Innovative And Liberal

Confident, innovative and liberal are words that my best friend would use to describe who I am today. As captain of my high school’s varsity volleyball team, I gained confidence within myself through the times I lead my teammates on the court and inspired them during times of distraught. With the help of Cat Rock, an organization focused on teaching inner-city students how to become outdoor leaders I also worked on becoming a leader as a result of learning how to lead hikes and how to take control of any situation under any circumstances. I am also described to be innovative after I created an app with the help of Camp Interactive, program which helped me create an app prototype that would benefit my community.
