Personal Narrative: Improving Fitness

I was assigned to improve one thing in my life. There are plenty things that I could improve. But being a full-time student who works part-time doesn't always have time for the gym. So I decided I am going to improve my fitness level, get into better shape, and gain some muscle mass. I decided to set my goal to gain five pounds of lean muscle mass in three weeks. I spent about three weeks in the gym and I did complete my goal. I went from weighing 157 pounds to 165 pounds in three weeks. The changes that I implemented was instead of jeopardizing my education, I decided to cut hours at work to fulfill my need for the gym. I decided to go to gym after my classes instead of work. That way I made sure I was going to the gym atleast five-days
