Personal Narrative: Improving Classroom Performance

When I was in middle school, I tapped my pencil on my desk, bounced around in my seat, and spoke to my friends in class. I never realized how much it really affected my classroom performance. However, as I grew up and matured I took a step back and asked myself, “Why am I doing these things?” I realized that I was nervous about doing well due to my lack of confidence and I was only being provocative. I have noticed that you share the characteristic of being clamorous in class as well. If you continue, your privileges may be revoked. Thus, you should improve your classroom performance by having a confident perspective: limiting your noise and dealing with stress appropriately.
