Personal Narrative: I Work Hard To Pay For My Education

I work hard to pay for my education. Every break from school I have worked to bring back money to help fund it. Other than scholarships, I am alone in paying for my school and I am happy to do so because I get to learn about the subjects that I love. Majoring in computer engineering is not only going to help me find a well-paying job, but also, since I care so much about this subject, it will help me maintain a desire to work hard. Last semester I was almost always playing ultimate frisbee for my team at Club Sports, or working on my computer doing homework. I took 17 difficult units and 5 very strenuous, but I told myself just because it was hard wasn’t an excuse not to get straight A’s, and at the end of the semester when I saw my transcript,
