The on last Saturday June 13 i called once again. They sent another technician, he came and said there’s no problem also but when he check the outside he found out that the connection was damaged. He then makes a new temporarily connection from the outside. I don’t know why this technician had found the problem and at least try to fix it, but I don’t know why the first technician didn’t try to fix the problem even know he know what’s the problem. Just after the technician left the internet stop to work again. Just today June 16 I called again and they will send another technician tomorrow I hope they can fix it tomorrow. The modem that we have I had never seen the WAN light flash as another color but red. I don’t know why bell is like this all my families use bell and they said that it’s good so they tell me to change from rogers to bell. So I did but I didn’t know that it’s that bad if the internet is still like this then I would change everything back to rogers and tell my families to change also because we did have the time to call bell everyday just to say that our internet don’t
