Personal Narrative: I Have High Levels Of Stress

According to the stress test, It seems that I have high levels of stress and my body reacts with stress in a very ineffective way. I’ve been to the doctor for this very same reason, Stress!

Things I could do to reduce my stress levels would be things such as yoga to reduce my panic attacks as well as my anxiety attacks. Trying to keep a balanced diet, for it’s not only good for your body and muscles, but it helps one of the most important muscles, the brain. Sleep is sometimes an issue since I do have a lot to do in one day, but not enough time. I tend to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep, however I take a small nap to recuperate some of the energy that was lost during the day. I try to go out with friends as much as possible or be a volunteer
