Personal Narrative: I Have Gone To College

I should have gone to college right out of high school but instead, I chose to go to work full time. Eight years later, a friend of mine, who was studying to become an RN, pushed me to apply to Community College like she did. I was hesitant at first and made excuses, but I went ahead and applied. I became excited when I registered for my classes! It was becoming real. I went to class everyday, worked hard and tried my best at subjects I knew I wasn’t great at and managed to obtain a decent GPA. Although I didn’t do well in a computer class! I knew then that computers were not for me! After a couple years of reading, writing, internships and going to work, it was time to graduate!
