I’ll Be Okay I was only 9 when it happen I keep telling myself over and over again. I never knew it would happen to me; nobody did. It all started that evening after school. “Mom can I go to the playground to play basketball?” “Yea, just don’t be out too late and have fun”, mom replied. “Okay love you”.”Love you too Tyshawn”. I left and took my favorite basketball with me that I take everywhere I go.
When I got there I saw my big cousin and he let me play with him. He’s tall and already have a little mustache for 16. I had so much fun playing with my cousin since he’s more like a brother to me! “Trey” I said. “One day I’m going to be in the NBA, just watch”. “I sure you will how you be playing for just 9 years old”.
