Personal Narrative: I Am Jonah Carranco

I am Jonah Carranco and I live in Northglenn, Colorado. My birthday is March 19 2004. When I grow up I would like to be a mechanical engineer. My desire is to go to college for 4 years, to get a bachelor's degree, so I can have the career that I want. That is why I try to get the best grades I can. If I do not try I can not reach my goals. That is why I am trying to reach my future goals. What makes me proud is when I get a good grade on a test, because I feel that I did something good. I want to prove to people and my parents that I am smart. I want to be in more honors classes, so I can prepare for college and high school. That is what makes me proud of myself. I serve others every Sunday, because I volunteer to be a teacher assistant. In the mornings I assist the 5 year old teacher and the first grade, and in the afternoon I assist the 1st grade through 3rd grade teacher. As a volunteer I take kids to the bathroom, and cheek kids into the class, help set up games, get materials for the teacher, and take care of kids on the playground.These are some of the the times I serve others. When we were looking at campsites, on the side of the of the road we saw a baby bear. It got scared and just ran away. My family tried to get pictures of it, but it was to fast for them. A couple days later my family and I traveled back to America to Glacier National Park in the state of Montana. Our campsite in Glacier was surrounded with berries. I must of ate a 100 of them, they were delicious. My grandpa drove us up the mountain to the visitor center, but on the way up it was very foggy. I was not able to see more than 10 feet in front of me. My grandpa likes to see over the edges down the mountain while he is driving. It was not fun. That is my family, adventure over the
