I found an abandoned kitten in the parking lot one day. The moment we met, the kitten’s eyes weren’t even opened, the ears folded, she could not stand yet. I immediately asked my parents for permission to keep it and they agreed to let her become our new family member. I was really excited because I have special passions on animals, I always want to play with them, hug them. I have a cousin, and she is a vet. My parent and I instantly send her to the vet to check on her. The vet told us that her throat has a cancer, that is the reason why she cannot eat. The vet suggested us to do euthanasia because the illness cannot be cured. My parents decided to listen to the vet’s suggestion but I refused to listen to the truth. I couldn’t believe that a life can be taken away this easily. I even went online and find blood donors for my cat live a little bit longer. My parents told me we need to take actions or else the kitten will suffer even more. After a few days I finally gave in and decided to listen to my parents.
