How religious or spiritual traditions affected my life? I think they affected us in many ways, both to personal beliefs and to culture and the society.
Religion has affected personal beliefs in many aspects. Every religion has taught us to be a good person, do good things and avoid something bad. Doing good deeds makes us feeling happy and encourage us to further help those in needs, etc. Religions also make you happy and calm. Happiness comes when you meet with someone at temple or church and do something good together. Doing something good make you happy and feel great. When you happy, it will encourage you to do something great. Moreover, you can even make some new friends from attending religious events.
