Personal Narrative: How I Didn T Make OCDA

A time where I faced an obstacle was how I didn’t make OCDA. OCDA is a choir event where you audition and compete against other students around the state of Oklahoma. Taking private lessons helped to prepare for the audition. Compressing your time in practicing is a hard thing to accomplish. In the year past, since I made OCDA seemed like a possibility, however not being one of the finalist was a real setback. Ordinarily, trying to stay positive was a goal to achieve, but nevertheless this was a hard thing to do. How this event affected me, was that it set my mind to think that I didn’t try hard enough.
