Since the indolent days of summer passed everyone back to school waking up to a alarm going beep, beep, beep, beep, going repetitive until you make it stop.Going to school the first day was really hard because the majority went to bed late during summer which I am pretty sure that when it was the first day of school people woke up late, didn't want to go to school or actually woke up on time. School, a place where students get their education, well at least in my opinion. At school where there are crossing guards making sure that kids cross the road carefully, seeing a bunch of buses filled with kids, all kids walking or coming to one place, school, basketball courts, trees lined up in rows, grass always nice …show more content…
Furthermore I have soccer Wednesdays and Fridays plus my soccer games that I have on Saturdays. School predominantly affects me on wednesdays and thursdays because I have soccer practice, afters school I try to finish my homework then I change into my soccer clothes and soccer practice last about two hours, if I don’t finish my homework before practice I have to stay up to finish it which affects my sleep because my my hours of sleep get shortened. I interviewed some students and asked them “Does school affect your sleep” he said “Yes” then I asked “why does school affect your sleep” he said “It affects my sleep because I have to get up early instead of sleeping in” Another response was “It affects my sleep because I get home late” then I asked him “Why do you get home late” then he said “because of hockey”. These responses indicates that school starts too early and that if you go to school and do sports it affects your sleep because they're both time consuming. If you don’t get enough sleep you will have a bad mood, you will get poor grades, and problems with attention, memory, this is why you need nine to nine and one fourth hours of sleep, but if you do get nine or nine and one fourth hours of sleep, guess what those things won’t
