How did you get here?

I’ve been a lot of places in my life, experienced a lot of things, heard a lot of stuff and I could remember exactly where I have been, what my experiences were and what I heard; thus, this time, I found myself in a place where I had no idea how I got there. Lonely and broken hearted, I began to ask myself “How did you get here?” In the beginning, I found myself at the alter and I knew how I got there. When I became pregnant and found myself on the delivery table, I certainly knew how I arrived there, but one day I found myself all alone just Jesus and me. All the children were grown and started their own families, and now I am alone with my Lord.
During this time in my life I was experiencing great pain. I thought the best thing for this type of pain was death itself. There was heartache and pain, body aches and pain, pain from feeling rejected

“You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you.” (2 Chronicles 20:17a). God is forever with us and He promised us that he would always be there. In order to have the proper ammunition and we must learn to identify the battle we are facing; also, once we identify the battle, we should use wisdom given in the word of God. If you know you are battling the devil, we need to remember what the word says “So humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil and he will flee”. (James 4:7 NLT)
From the beginning of time women was giving a level of pain that we would not have chosen for ourselves; however, because of Eve’s disobedience the Lord God said to the woman, “I will greatly multiply your sorrow and your conception; In pain, you shall bring forth children; your desire shall be for your husband and He shall rule over you.” (Genesis 3:16) Knowing this pain will come there is nothing we could do naturally that will take it
