Personal Narrative-Home Scenarios

I have previously worked for small servers and a few big servers. During the time on these servers I have picked up more and more knowledge and skills from them. Most of the servers I have worked for had the same plugins (the big ones had mainly custom plugins, but some used litebans), nevertheless, I still learned something new from them. I used to work for a network which had 200-300 players on every day (sometimes 400 players). I didn't get any screenshots but I really enjoyed working on the server. I used to help out in TeamSpeak catching hackers and fairly punishing rule breakers. Basically what a normal staff member would do every day. The server did shut down, unfortunately. 5% of them logged out and 5% were clean. I know how to find Vape in a screenshare as I found Vape in a user on TheArchon HCF. TheArchon got 800+ players on for Map 1 SOTW and 40+ players on Map 1 EOTW. It got 100+ players on for Map 2 SOTW. I was allowed to play as Helper and Helper+ but I didn’t play as I wanted to focus more on my staff position. TheArchon HCF shut down due to lack of players. From these 2 amazing servers I: helped out in teamspeak, moderated chat and helped other staff with screenshares and much more. Working for Clarity and TheArchon was amazing! It was the best experience I have had in minecraft (Thanks to MrSilky, a previous Sr Moderator on HCGames). As I said I have worked on many small servers and made them better and better. I have much experience from working on all these servers. Every time you get accepted on a new server you have to learn all them new commands. I learn the commands very quickly because I think I am a very good listener (since I worked for Clarity I think it will be very easy for me to learn the commands). I used to work on this discord server called "Money Drop". It was a Grand Theft Auto V modding
