Personal Narrative-He And Peter Tinsley Bumped

On 10-14-2016 at 0537 hours I was dispatched 2725 North Westwood Boulevard (Ozark Fitness) in reference to assault.

Upon my arrival I made contact with Peter Tinsley, who informed me of the following:
- He was getting ready to leave the gym when he made eye contact with Michael Persons.
- He said Hi to Persons and Persons stuck his middle finger up flipping him off and said “Fuck You”.
- Parsons then pushed him into a piece of equipment.
- Parsons then said “Fuck you, I don’t like you, I don’t want you in my face and get the fuck out of here”.

I made contact with Michael Persons, who informed me of the following:
- He and Peter Tinsley do not get along and Tinsley came over to the part of the Gym he was working out in.
- He and Tinsley Bumped
