Personal Narrative: Hamburger Drills

From the age of 10 years old the thought of time never actually came to me as my interest dealt with stepping up to a black three point line on the hard concrete basketball court to learning how to tackle opponents in moist and muddy grass. Everyone pays attention to time but does not actually take advantage of how many tasks can be done. I never cared for how long it’ll take me to get to a meeting or simply meeting mom downstairs by a certain time to go grocery shopping. I was highly involved in sports internationally known as basketball and football. As far as my memory could take me the optimist games lasted about one hour or one hour and thirty minutes. In practice “Hamburger drills” two football players lay on their backs as their heads up towards the sky and when the whistle blows the defensive player has to get up rapidly to attack the offensive player holding the ball. Early in the morning wearing a red, blue, and white polo collared shirt. Along with sky blue denim jeans and a matching blue hat. Which school uniform policy states no hats to worn on school property, it can be taken away. Also the school uniform policy is a solid black, orange, or the white collared polo shirt. No jeans are allowed the only uniform pants accepted are khaki or black long pants. I thought that my opportunity of getting away was 90% but all that time my opinion was wrong. A security guard escorted me to CSI as they did uniform check throughout classrooms in the morning. When spending 7 hours in CSI were a joke to me because the class that was challenging in that day was avoided. Showing off in front of friends choosing to be ignorant to the teacher the result got me another week in CSI. I guess pointing out the barbershop mistakes on the teacher was not so funny after
