Logan is rarely known because we have nothing big except for a Walmart and a Hospital. Back in the day, it was a much busier town. All the building were in use and we even had a movie theater. So much has changed between then and now. They have torn down and rebuilt a lot of buildings so it looks so much more different. But the good thing is that they have also kept some important buildings too. Being in a rural town has its pros and cons. The cons were that there …show more content…
I was a receptionist at a hair salon working for my boyfriend’s mom. I was excited to finally start making money and feel more independent. It was pretty much a family business with my boyfriend’s mother, sister, and aunt being all cosmetologists there. I loved working with people I was close to because it made our relationship even stronger. I got to see the good and bad sides of my co-worker’s and was able to see how different our cultures were.
As I started my job, I thought I was already a people person that wasn’t shy when it came to strangers, but I guessed wrong. Being a receptionist, I have to talk on the phone, schedule and confirm appointments, and keep the customers comfortable. I was nervous because I didn’t know anyone that came to the shop and I didn’t like talking on the phone. It was a struggle at first to get used to but now I love getting to talk to different people every day and interact with people who might have different cultural background than

I remember the moment my mom told me we were moving to another town. I was only about 6 or 7 when it happened so I was rather excited when I heard the news. When I heard the news we were moving to Spearfish, South Dakota, which I had never heard of, I was wondering what kind of place it was. I am from the small town of Wall, South Dakota which unless you’re talking about a village, is pretty small. When I heard the news I wondered what kind of place a town called Spearfish might look like.…

This morning was wearisome, I had to examine George Burroughs who once was minister of our village. The anger and frustration I felt towards this individual trained me. Several girls accused him being the "ring leader"of the witches, a virtual priest of the devil. I knew there was something wrong with him due to his odd religious beliefs and practices. I was so wearisome of him I moved his presence else where to a Boston jail, making my day very…

Elmore, Ohio, a quaint little farm town about an hour away from Sylvania, is where I was born, and raised till I was about four. Elmore was somewhat different form Sylvania. Everyone knew each other and looked out for each other no matter what, they were there for you. They were an extended family and wanted the absolute best for everyone, and I think those are some of the biggest things that differ from Elmore to sylvania that also helped shape who I am as a person. You wouldn't expect anything different from one person to the next, but I always seemed to be different in one way or another no matter where I went.…

The literal foundation to any life is where you choose to set yourself up at. This decision has many different externalities.
