Life, death, anger, happiness, sadness, failure, and triumph. These are all things that I have personally felt and experienced growing up in the beef industry. They truly have made me who I am today and are the reason why I strive for the goals I have set for myself. As look back at my life growing up, I truly believe the beef industry is the reason why I have reached so many goals and aspirations in my life. Working hundreds of hours every year on my show cattle, has taught me hard work, persistence, patience, and so many other qualities that have shaped me to become who am I. Like so many other showman, I experienced the pain of walking my steer into trailer and saying goodbye to my best friend. I have faced the reality of walking out
