Personal Narrative: Growing Up As A Student

Decent Essays
Growing up I have had a lot of teachers. It wasn't until know that I realized how inspiring most of them are to me. It wasn't until know i realized how much of a relationship or bond I have grown to have with many of the teachers. Im interested in enrolling to cheyne because from the research I did on Cheney i observed that Cheney have an amazing education program. When I go to college I plan on majoring in education. What I found extremely amazing about Cheney was when you clicked on your major it tells you what to expect each semester. Another thing i like about is it’s far enough for me to have independence away from my family but close enough to still be there if there's an emergency, holiday or just want to visit.

Growing up I was always the tallest kid in the class. Whenever class picture day rolled around, I knew that I was in the front of the line because of my height. It was somewhat embarrassing when all the boys were shorter than I, and the girls made me feel bad for how out of place I was. Not only did my height provide social awkwardness, it also administered the constant, never ending struggle of finding garments long enough. Whenever my mom or grandmothers wanted to take me back to school shopping, I made excuses of “I don’t need any more habiliments” or “I do not feel good, all of the sudden…”…
