Groupthink is an unintended outcome of cohesion in which the desire for cohesion and agreements takes precedence over critical analysis and discussion. I have experienced this with my best friends in the past and isn’t a good environment specially for friends. There was a moment when we were planning to go to Orlando for vacations, but each one had a different perspective of what to do during our travel. I wanted to do something really different in comparison of my friends and they, too. I was thinking in going to a waterpark while my friend wanted to go to SeaWorld and the other one to visit some place around the city. Immediately, everyone started to discuss and this event lead to insults between each other. At the end we didn’t go anywhere
