Nothing looked good, and everything reflected the feeling of lose inside them. What was the purpose? 3 weeks went by, the grey of stores, the black of streets and endless cars that piled into city traffic that moved so slow it was as if you may never escape, it trapped Blue. Escape became a dream, it became an organized plan drafted into pages and diagrams, and endless thoughts of what might be the reason for this trap and the escape. Nothing seemed to work, but that didn't mean Blue wouldn't quit, it felt grey, the way their …show more content…

Clarence, I agree with you completely that older generations follow the motto “a hard day’s work for an honest day’s pay”. I work with a few older employees and they work 5x harder than some of the younger employees I work with. I also received a 35 on my EI test which I was not surprised of either. I have a very high work ethic and have very little time for play in my job. I do need to learn to put myself in others shoes; sometimes this is very hard for me to do.…

I have always been interested in learning and using new ideas. Throughout my life, I have invariably drawn from my life experiences, newly learned ideas and my continuing education to help problem-solve sensibly and realistically allowing me to move forward or help others reach their goals. Although I have no formal teaching experience, in my past work and involvement in organized sports, I have repeatedly used the Progressive philosophy. When dealing with 13 & 14 year olds many situations arise such as bullying, personality clashes or simply not understanding a drill or play. I deal with these situations by asking questions to stimulate a discussion, allowing them to draw on past experiences; positive or negative, consequently allowing them to come up with a solution or grasp the knowledge they are seeking.…

Today, waking up without the assistance of that cringe worthy noise, with eyes still heavy, I reached my arm out from under the cozy blankets and switched the alarm button to off, as it was no longer needed.
