Puppies! Puppies! Puppies! What about them you may ask? You will soon find out. One day I was at a soccer tournament and my team played three games and we won two and lost the one in the morning on the huge grass plain and park filled with people. My family saw another family with his dog and asked where they got their dog they said a lady named Fern up on maple road. Then she gave us Fern’s number and we asked Fern when the next litter would be born she said Oct., we asked her to keep us posted. Next Fern gave us her contact information. My mom talked for hours with her about the dogs and then it was settled we can come up in two weeks to get our dog. I was jumping all around I was so excited to get my new Puppy!

We took her home in her new dog kennel It was pretty big for her she was only like a month old puppy. My dog was only 6 pounds, I think. The lady said not to overwhelm her with attention and so Fern gave us the dogs food. We said our goodbyes and headed off home. Next we went to a Culver's because we were all hungry. Then my mom went in and made it order and then this lady comes up to my dad and says cute dog and asked where we got it we said a lady down maple road. I was thinking to tell her we just got her. Then mom came back with the food and I had a juicy grilled cheese with fries. We all got to hold her once in the car. We loved her from the time we got her. Buttercup my dog slept almost the whole way home on the trip. My dog Buttercup was a puppy and got wore out easily.

When we got home she started to run around once she got home she made BFF’s with the floor. Then I noticed she wanted to eat every single thing of food she could find. Later I went to my room and guess what? She followed me up the stairs, then I knew she was the one. So we named her Buttercup, because she is so sweet of course! She is so playful and she loves all kinds of foods she has this special dog food just for her! When she eats it she gobbles it down like a crazy lady! It is so Cute! After a few months of having her she was a lot more active and was super used to our

While my dad was still working in Florida and trying to sell the house he would video chat with her and she’d bark and wine. Around 2006 she had a bad hip and was half blind and deaf but still such a great dog.…
