On June 10, 2015 at approximately 5:36 PM I, Deputy Bowring, was fueling my county car at Crossroads store in Yantis, Texas. While fueling my county car I was confronted by Edward Marnell, who stated that his girlfriend broke his car. I asked Edward what was going on Edward stated that he was out at the county lake and two; Wood County Sheriff Deputy’s sent him home. Edward stated they made my girlfriend drive my car and she broke it. I then asked Edward then why are you at the store, Edward stated to get gas. While speaking with Edward I could smell an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. I asked Edward, how much have, you had to drink he stated a he had four beers. I then advised Edward to go get in the passenger side of his car
