Personal Narrative: From Endocrine To Blood Work

On March 17,1998 I had a Dr's appointment I had been sick for a while, with a flu at least I thought it was the flu. My mom went with me they had me take all kinds of test to figure out what was going on from urine to blood work. The urine test showed I was not pregnant, the swab test also showed I did not have the flu. They told me to give them a couple of days for the blood work to come back. They called me by the end of the week, the blood work came back saying I was pregnant. I was happy and scared at the same time even though I was not living at home any more. My boyfriend at the time was happy his name was Jason. He told his mom, in the other hand she was not happy. In some time in June of 1998 we found out we were having a baby girl. …show more content…
In the middle of October we moved in with his mom his dad had a stroke that left him paralyze on the right side. November the second I went into labor. We had a crazy morning he came home from work, I told him I think I'm going into labor. He stayed talking on the phone for atleast 30 minutes to an hour. As we went to the car he hit his head on the door, forgot to lock the house door, got stuck by two trains on both sides, and almost got pulled over. Then get to Northwest hospital the nurses are saying they have no room right now. So we finally get in a room I'm in labor for six an a half hours. I had her at 10:30 in the morning. We named her Eternity Marie she weight 7 pounds and half an ounce, twenthy-two inches long and her head was twenthy-one inches round. As the two years went by I had another little girl her name was Mia Nicole, she was born on December 20, 2000. Months went by their dad Jason was having migranes for about three months. We had been going to the doctors nobody could figure it out, I ask for them to do a cat scan many times they refused not even the hospital wanted to do one.
