Four years of high school really changes a person and if I could go back and tell my freshman self one thing I would tell myself to give one hundred percent at all times always go above and beyond. My freshman year was full of getting involved joining new clubs, and widening my horizons which was great but I never put school work first. Now being a senior I see this and want to help other freshman see what school is all about. New students that came into my school can difficult especially because my school is smaller. It can make developing friendships problematic. When the new students come I will take time out of a class to show them around and make them feel welcome.
