Personal Narrative: Football

It started at the end of 7th period . The feeling you have when you know something amazing is going to happen. As the bell rings letting us know that we need to go to the cafeteria. We walked in everyone is quiet because we are focus on one single goal to win. “Take your headphones off”,Coach says to us. He gives us a short speech on what is expect out of us and what is expect of him. Then we pray before we eat. The food is hot and smells delicious the cooks are mothers of some of the football players. Then 3:00 comes around it game time .

Then as we leave the lunchroom we head up stair to prepare for the game. We get our pads and cleat ready. We have offense and defensive meetings. Then i start focusing on me. I go to the very back on the locker room and put my headphones in and i doze off thinking of all the possible outcomes like i could get hurt or i could make a big play we could win or loss. I had a lot of things racing through my head.

I walked down the steps the soft gently touch of the sun rays against my skin. The smell of fresh jerseys and the the sound of pads hitting on another. As I get on the bus i think of how far i have come then i ease my mind of all thoughts a get in a killer like
