Sometimes,do you ever feel so frustrated you could shout.I felt this way when I didn’t think I was going to make the football team.It’s hard if you're doing tackle football for the first time.I handle this frustration a little bit by practicing at home and getting better. First,I started getting better because of the practicing did.I started off with no football cleats.I started to get really frustrated.I handled this frustration by my dad because he bought me cleats.I needed cleats because without cleats you could slip on the grass. Next,I had to get faster and faster.I got faster by running 4 miles every week.I got even faster because the coaches help me.Also I got so frustrated because I didn’t think
