It offered a gym, indoor tennis courts, basketball courts, a skate park, and most importantly, two pools. While the outdoor pool catered towards family fun with a kitty pool, slides, and a diving board, the indoor pool focused on competitive swimming. The length of the indoor pool is twenty five meters long, and twenty meters wide, allowing for eight lanes that are 2.5 meters wide each. Out of these eight lanes, the team used four lanes, each containing assigned swimmers based off their swimming abilities. Sitting nearby the main pool is a hot tub, lifeguard posts, and an entrance from each locker room. The indoor pool was the most significant part of the YMCA for the team as we practiced there daily during the swim season, and held swim meets against other teams every other week. Aside from our team using the pool, other teams such as the local USA Swim Team, and members of the YMCA practiced here as well. This location is very significant towards me as it allowed me break away from what I previously believed and helped shape who I am
