Josh looked around, observing every detail of the room he was in. Men in suits and suitcases filled every part of the room. Yep, it was official, he so did not belong there. His old torn, neon colored jacket stood out painfully in comparison to everyone else. He felt a hand on his shoulder, a hand he knew very well. The hand belonged to Michael, his brother-in-law for six years.
“Don’t worry, just relax, they smell fear,” Michael whispered in his ear, before pulling away with a childish grin. Even though he was overwhelmingly nervous, he could help but smile at his brother in law. As Josh parted his lips to make a remark to Michael, the people started acting up.
“Come on what’s the hold up?” “When is this meeting starting?” “Where are they?”And several other phrases were thrown around by impatient men that wished to leave. Throughout all this, Michael responded calmly, trying to calm everyone down. Not caring(and unconsciously), Josh tuned it out and thought how he got where he was now.

He quickly turned and peered from the side. In the alley stood Michaela and two men, another at their feet.
“Plea-please, I’ll give you the money next time,” The man at their feet muttered out. A ‘tch’ like sound left Michael’s lips as he used a finger to wipe blood from his mouth, and turned around.
