because I found out I was already failing two of my classes.

And as I was getting ready for football that day I said “I’m already failing two classes.”

Then Keaton replied “I’m already failing two classes.” pretending like he had a speech impediment so he could make fun of me.

Then I said “You need to freakin stop.”

Then Keaton did it again, but this time he said “You need to freakin stop.” in the same voice as before. And on that day I didn’t feel like getting into a fight so to make him stop I went up to him and made his first finger touch his wrist to make him stop. The back of your head is bleeding.” Then reached back and placed my hand on the back of my head and felt the blood. I had tried to wipe it off the best I could but the blood just keep coming and Keaton tried to help too. But after a minute or so i went down and told the coaches that my

What changes for MCbride is he starts to realizes that he can’t stay on the corner his whole life,he realizes that he has to try to make something out of himself. The moment that starts to define him was when he was almost killed messing around at the gas station. If I said I never fail i’d be lying,One example of my failure is when I Failed my Algebra class. In my life I have only ever got one B and for reasons beyond my control and to complex to be explained. However, this B feels like my first real B. It resembles the first course that has ever conquered me. He unleashed a flurry of japs and punches in his rage. To my surprise, every individual hit was strong and hurt upon impact. I defended as many of the punches as I possibly could, but even the ones I could block gradually hurt me. During that time, I couldn't land a single hit, for I was essentially focusing on defending myself and making any openings would have not been ideal. I could’ve continued to keep up with his punches, except while I was avoiding one of his attacks, I lost my footing, curled my head forward to protect it, and landed on the floor with my back first, which was what we were taught.…

Failure has always been a huge aspect in my life recurring in everything I indulge myself in; whether it be academically, athletically, or even Boy Scouts. I tend to have a knack for challenging myself till I am unable to complete the task given to me, whilst this could be good in some ways it also puts me in some not favorable situations. More recently I had the thought of completing a bike race , after receiving medical attention for a concussion and a broken collarbone. This was not necessarily the smartest decision on my part, especially since the race was longer than I have ever raced before and also a three day event.…

As the stadium lights slowly began to blind me, the smile I was wearing started to fade as I felt an overwhelming, nauseating sensation flow over my entire body; I thought that flags only slipped through hands on battlefields, not on a Friday night during a high school half time show. Failure is a one-way mirror. When standing in front of the mirror, the failure simply stares back in the form of a reflection. My first performance for the high school color guard amounted to the show flag slipping through my clutches and slamming onto the freshly cut, football field grass. The searing embarrassment that followed felt like the end of the world.…
