F1 in Schools' is a global multi-disciplinary challenge in which teams of students deploy CAD/CAM software to collaborate, design, analyze, manufacture, test, and then race miniature compressed air powered balsa wood F1 cars. My school chose me as one of the few for the team. This competition was different from any other we had participated in, but given our track record of success in other competitions, we were excited.
