On 06-30-16 at approximately 0800 hrs I Corporal Rusty Meaux WAS DISPATCHED TO 2714 HWY 14 BUSINESS OF SUPER 8. Upon my arrival I SPOKE TO Reporting Person ASHLEY CAMILLE WHO STATED UPON HER ARRIVAL TO WORK SHE WAS NOTIFIED OF A ROOM WITH DAMAGE. ASHLEY BROUGHT me TO ROOM#157 AND SHOWED me AN EXTERIOR WINDOW WITH THREE WINDOW PANELS BROKEN. A COFFEE TABLE THROWN AND THE COVER TO THE A/C UNIT BROKEN OFF. I ALSO OBSERVED SEVERAL 16 OZ. COORS LIGHT CANS. ASHLEY STATED THAT THE PERSON THAT RENTED THE ROOM WAS DENNIS PORRIER WHO LIVES AT 5407 BULL ISLAND RD.

I took pictures of the damages to the room and received a written statement from Ashley wishing to pursue charges.

I then WENT TO 5407 Bull Island Rd where I LOCATED DENNIS
