As soon as you walk in to the lovely restaurant called Postino’s, you are immediately slowed down from the city of phoenix’s crazy hurry everyone consistently seems to be in. You step up to the restaurant and are greeted by a cheerful appearance waiting to do nothing more than to assist you. They talk to you with a friendly face asking, how many people? Inside booth or outside? Bar or table? Then you are walked through a casual dining area were waiters are laughing and shredding some good old parmesan on the delectable Italian plates. Everyone is occupied by the customer service provided at this restaurant. It is hard to imagine why they still have opened seats available. I ordered the bruschetta which is what I order every time I dine in at Postino’s.

You have everything from Apples & Brie, Mozzarella with Tomato and Basil, Prosciutto with Figs & Mascarpone, Warm Artichoke Spread, Smoked Salmon with Pesto, Sweet & Spicy Pepper Jam with Goat Cheese, Burrata, Bacon, Arugula & Tomato, Ricotta with Dates & Pistachios, Almond Hummus with Chopped Tomato, Roasted Peppers with Goat Cheese, and last but not least Salami with Pesto. You can choose up to four different choices. First, the smoked salmon stuck out because of how I love my nova lox and mixed with pesto nothing sounded better. Secondly, the apples & brie sounded like a perfect mix of sweet and savory. Third on my choice was the ricotta with dates and pistachios, big fan of different cheeses and nuts.
