THE DEFENDANT, Xing, Ru Li, by and through her undersigned counsel, June Zhou moves this Honorable Court to order the return of the Defendant’s property, and as grounds therefore, would show the following:
1. I am a legal resident of the United States and have a valid FL massage license. (EXHIBIT A).
2. I have been working at a Ft. Lauderdale massage store until August 8, 2017 and was going to go back my hoe in New York. (The police seized two checks dated on Aug. 8, 2017 that were issued by my boss in Ft. Lauderdale store.).
3. Before I was going back home in New York, I stopped at my friend's home in Miami Beach and was going to visit the famous beach for two days. Then my friend asked me to take a look at a new massage store in Miami Beach. When I went to the store, the owner asked me to help out for 1-2 says because a masseur took a temporary leave for several days due to her personal matter and told me that I may work at the store if I come back to Florida any time in the future since I have a valid FL massage license.

On August 11, 2017, while I was massaging a customer's shoulder, the police raided LULU Massage store. The police seized all the items stored at the locks, including my personal items. I was taken to the police, released immediately.
5. The officer gave me telephone number and case number to call for obtaining my property.
6. I, my friend and then my attorney called the police station in Miami Beach no less than 10 times and was finally told to get back my properties from the
