I repsonded to 202 Dale Drive for a suspicious circumstance call. Upon my arrival, I exited my patrol vehicle and observed a white female, later identified as Syndney Lonowski, yelling and stumbling towards the listed vehicle. Another subject on scene shouted, "Shes drunk, Don’t let her drive!" I walked towards the car and made contact with Lonowski. When I made contact, she was inside the listed vehicle in the drivers seat with the car idling. As I came into contact with her I could smell a strong odor of Marijauna coming from the vehicle. Lonowski was directed out of the vehicle and detained so a search could be conducted.

During my search of the vehicle I located a gold metal grinder in a bag that was located on the front passenger seat. Inside of it was a green leafy residue.

I read Lonowski her rights and asked her if she understood them. She advised yes and stated she would answer questions.

I asked her if she had been drinking and she advised she had consumed alcohol earlier in the night. Lonowski also had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her expelled breath.

I made contact with the resident of 202 Dale Drive, Austin Lee. He advised he did not know why Lonowski called the police. He informed me that he did not invite Lonowski over to his residence. He stated upon her arrival, she came inside and refused to leave after Lee and others at the home asked her several times to do so.
