The most important skills and practices I learned are what helped me the most. The first skill starts off with knowing the different ways to learn, finding which strategy is the easiest and knowing how to use it. For example, I am a more of a visual learner. One practice I can use to help me better learn is to draw out symbols and pictures to represent what I am trying to learn. When I think about the boy who I was growing up, the young adult I am today, and the man I plan to be in the forthcoming years, one aspect of my life stands out to me far more radiantly than anything else: my culture, my skin, my identity as a Bangladeshi-American.
