My Love Story My love story began on February 10, 2012. Prior to that, I had absolutely no intentions of ever-loving anyone with such intensity as I do now. My world suddenly became a peaceful place, knowing I now had something to live for. Previous to that I had no ambition to still be here, or at least, so I theorized. It was about May 2011, I found out my aunt was pregnant. Like I felt something inside me come alive again. I felt deserted growing up raising myself and my younger sister. Formerly, my mom filed for a divorce while I was in the 4th grade. Dane, my father, disappeared, got involved in drugs/ the wrong people, and my mother, Cara, was too engrossed in her boyfriends’ to notice us kids. So, my grandparents and aunts’ stepped up and watched over us. I mostly stayed with my grandmother, Claudia, or my aunt, Audra. She was a recovered meth/drug addict after she removed herself from the people she was around. She went to NA meetings, and at the beginning of her pregnancy, she was doing wonderful! No drugs, no cheating on my uncle, Eric, like she used to, but then Audra proclaimed something none of us weren't expecting. Before she found out she was pregnant, she ended up sleeping with some random guy. My uncle, Eric, began to doubt the twins were even his kids. Which lead to the …show more content…
Anthony lives with his father and his girlfriend, and my babies live with Eric. A single 42-year old, who has 3 grown kids, and now is taking care of 2 beautiful 6 year old twins. He has full custody of the girls, and Audra has no rights to them. I spend all my spare time (which is always) with Eric and the girls. They saved me, because without them I would be here today. I would have done something that would keep me from every being in their lives, and that kills me to think about.
