I woke up this morning feeling great. The sun was shining, my dorm was clean,my skin was clear… for once. I could tell today would be great. Being a freshman in college would seem like it would be the most stressful thing in the world, it is, but a positive butterfly like me, I try my best not to stress. Besides the psycho amount of work I have to do, being two states away from your parents is absolutely amazing. You’re looking at an independent mature Zoey now. Now I know what you’re thinking, “what are you in college for??’ obviously for business! What else do people do in college? Besides cry on the sidewalk but that’s a whole other story. Now that you’ve gotten to know me, let me tell you how it all started. Around this campus I’m known as “ the party girl”, party on friday? I’m there. Party on saturday? I'm there. Party on a monday?? Apart from that catastrophe, my makeup is done! I decided to get ready early just so I could rehearse how I would act at the party. I see Matthew all the the time on campus but we only give each other that “ I don’t feel like saying hi to you but I want you to know I that dont hate you” smirk. Why am I so off topic?? How did i make it to college?? “Buzz”,my phone went, it’s Matthew! “Hey Zoey really excited to hang out today”, the text said. He did not just-... OH MY GOD!!!
( 6:00 pm) Okay world, only one hour until the party. I’m eating an orange on my bathroom counter. My best friend Lexi is supposed to be here around 6:30. She was visiting her parents on Friday so I pretty much had the dorm all to myself. I decided to straighten my hair just to make sure I looked perfect. “Zoey!, It’s Lexi!!”, Lexis shouted. I did my housewife walk to the door. “Wow, you look like disney on ice Zoe.” Lexi said. We both laughed like insane people at that. I walked out and gave myself one last look into the mirror, I got
