I was nervous and had butterflies in my stomach because I knew if I got caught I would receive a massive consequence. When they were not looking, I dashed through the back door and sprinted away from my house. It was cold and dark but, right when I got out of my house I felt a thrill of excitement. I ran the whole way to the park because I was so eager to get there. When I made it there I contacted my friend I was there and he told me to meet him next to the monkey bars. When I got home, I rapidly went upstairs, I didn’t want my parents to see me. I rested my leg on a pillow and went to sleep. The next morning, the pain on my knee was gone and I forgot all about it. But I was happy, I thought I was in the clear. I went downstairs to eat breakfast and my mom viewed the gigantic mark on my knee and she shouted “what happened!”.
