Today was the day that we were going to do whatever we wanted and look for our real parents. Once Ms.Fuller arrived we left Grabbed our bags and left. We were determined to find our parents and beg them to take us back. First, we stopped to get food then we were on our way to a great day ahead of us. We went to this place that Ms.Fuller had been talking about and they can give information about your parents. There was really no name for it we just kept calling it “The Place”. Once we arrived we filled out paperwork and they said that they could give us our results in an hour. So in the meantime, we went to an arcade place to have some real fun.
After we finished up at the arcade we went back to “The Place” and they gave us our file and told

Then we were finally cleared to go and head to the police station.
Once we got there We filled out for papers and waited and waited and waited. Until finally they called us up to the desk and they handed us a folder with papers in it. We decided it would be best if we opened it at the house. Once we got home we ran upstairs and hid it in a spot that our mom would never find it.
The next day we went to the spot it was hidden in and it wasn’t there so we went downstairs to find that our mom was reading the files. We were so mad so Emmalyn went over and ripped out the papers out of our mom's hand and she confronted her. So we got into a lot of trouble but at least we had the papers. Then she sent us to our room and then we looked through the papers and found out that our parents were together for 7 years and had us and that I Was 18 months older than Emmalyn. The saddest part about the whole thing was that our dad had passed away when I was one and Emmalyn were only weeks old and that, our real mom only put us up for adoption because she wasn’t ready to be a single mom with two kids to take care

On the way there we asked her about the talk she had with our mom. She told us that our mom was telling her about our mom firing her and that she was putting you too into public school. We told Ms.Fuller that we wouldn’t let that happen we love her too much. She said that she loves us too.
Once we arrived at the Whole Foods we went to the manager's office and asked them if Bethany Star worked here.
The manager said, “yes she is restocking in the back room I'll bring her to my office right now.”
Emmalyn and I had a severe case of butterflies in our stomach because we were both super nervous. Once she walked into the room it was a very awkward silence as if you dropped a pin you could hear it so clearly. Emmalyn started the conversation and things got better there was less of the awkward silence. She said that she was sorry that she gave us up for adoption and that if we packed up all of our stuff today and tomorrow morning we could move in with her and start fresh. I said, “thank you so much you don't understand how happy I am right now the person who is taking care of us really does care about us.”
We told her that we would get in trouble for just being kids and we weren't allowed to go our side even if the was
