But the thing is they were that hard to save. His shots felt like they traveled across air faster than a bolt of lighting. But I had enough of soccer for the day. As we finished playing, we picked up our ball, and ran to the river. It is was time for fishing.
Fishing to us was like a cool off. It was like having ice cream on a really hot and humid day, and it felt relaxing. After we were soaking from sweat from running around like crazy for an hour. We took our rods, and just started fishing. We would just talk and crack out some jokes. Alex would always bring out some cringy joke that was so bad, we would just laugh. “Why did the cookie cry.” Alex said, why Ben and I replied,” because it's mother was a wafer so long, Haha.” He would burst out laughing at his own joke.
That's why we loved Alex. As we were fishing, we could hear each other's stomachs growling, are stomachs were yelling out,”Get us food now.” So even though we did not catch any fish, it did not matter, because we had a glorious time anyway just cracking up
