Personal Narrative Essay: The Cancer Fear

The Cancer Fear Jakiem and I were out on 38th street, we were going to my friend’s home for the money that he had bet me for. After getting my money, I decided to spend some of it on a newspaper from the gas station. Just as we walked outside, my paper flew out my hand ,though, it flew out of my hand. It began blowing through the strong winds of the dark blue sky. Once we got home the newspaper was there on our porch, wet from the rain. I blurted, “Wow! How did that follow us home?”

Me and Jakiem were exhausted, so we slept behind Golden Corral. Just in case we got hungry we had a good food source because they toss a lot of food out. We went to sleep and in the middle of the night, Jakiem asked, “You think this is a good spot to sleep at?” I answered, “Well obviously, now go to sleep Jakiem ".
The next morning we woke up with skunk spray on us, are shirts got chewed up. When we got up we were about 10 miles from my cousins house. When we finally made it to 5 mile, Jakiem started complaining about how his feet hurt. I said, “Dude, suck it up!”
Jakiem sighed, “Man my feet are in a butt load of pain! Can’t you just carry me?”
I sighed, “Ugh okay, get on.” So I walked 5 miles with a 150 pound man on my back. We finally made it to my cousin’s house and I was so relieved.
We went inside my cousin’s and my cousin questioned, “Who is this kid?” I replied, “Oh my friend Jakiem he is my roommate.
"Hi, my name is Jalani I'm Ben's cousin. “Ben, I got something tell you”. I have come down with the disease called cancer.” I questioned how is this possible I came all this way to get told that you have cancer. I declared, “We have to go to the hospital to get you
