As a teenager I have never thought about what the hardest, or best part of being a teen has been, I usually just live with it because it is my life and it is everyday. Sitting here, thinking about it, being a teen is one of the hardest stages of life, but it's also one of the best. I would say it's hard because you are expected to act like an adult, all emotions are everywhere and everything you do as a teen defines you as an adult. It could be the best because your not treated like a baby no more, people trust you to make the right decision and you get more freedom. Those are the days that we define as the best days of a teenager. When it comes down to it, is it better to be treated like a baby where you feel stupid and immature, or is it better to be treated like an adult, where you are trusted and not every move is being watched? I would have to say it is nice to be treated like an adult sometimes, most of the time actually. Because i am treated as an adult, i am trusted, i have my freedoms. My every move is not being watched, or looked over, i am not being treated like i can not do something. I would have to say on the best days of being a teenager is when i can do what i need to calm down when i am feeling sad. It makes me feel better to know that my “elders” trust me to take off when i need to. It makes me feel better know know that i can wake up everyday and my mommy that i needed when i was sad, will be there but trusts me to pick out my outfit that i want to wear for that day. It makes me feel better knowing that if i want to go out with my boyfriend that night my daddy trusts me to go out and come back safe. One of the best times as a teenager for me is being trusted. I know i can do what i need to as an adult, and my parents trust me to do what they expect of me and it will get done. I think trust is the biggest part of any teen life because they have so many problems (speaking for myself) already and trust just gives …show more content…

Some people dont make it out of the roller costar, but when you do things i believe things become clearer. One thing i would want you to know is it your going through a phase where you feel like dissapearing, someone will always notice. If you dotn feel like your parents would then, what abput your bestfriend, your dog, teachers, grandparents. Anyrbody will notice your gone. That being said those people who do notice your gone, are the ones who care and want to help you. Your mom and dad are ther for a home for you to fall in. your best friend is tere because they DO understand you because they are a teenager too. Your dog will sit there and listen to you 24/7, i know when im feeling down my dog knows because shell sit in my room with me all day. Your grandparents are there because you are they grandchild everybody knows that when you need sweets your grandma is the one to go to. Teachers are there for you to ask questions, to teache you. This is usually the most notable conflict between parent and teenager as it creates a clash of ideals between the individuals. Growing up I was always the tallest kid in the class. Whenever class picture day rolled around, I knew that I was in the front of the line because of my height. It was somewhat embarrassing when all the boys were shorter than I, and the girls made me feel bad for how out of place I was. Not only did my height provide social awkwardness, it also administered the constant, never ending struggle of finding garments long enough. Whenever my mom or grandmothers wanted to take me back to school shopping, I made excuses of “I don’t need any more habiliments” or “I do not feel good, all of the sudden…”…
