Sausage Dip Every couple of years my family and I travel up north to spend Easter with my family in Kentucky. Heat up a shallow pan and cook the pound of ground breakfast sausage for ten to fifteen minutes or until it is brown.
2. Once the sausage is cooked, drain the grease from the pan.
3. Then, transfer the cooked sausage to a plate covered with a paper towel to get rid of the excess grease.
4. Let the sausage cool for about five to ten minutes.
5. Then, when the sausage is cool, pat it dry with a paper towel to get as much grease off it as possible.
6. Now, grab your bowl that you want to serve or store the dip in and add the softened cream cheese, Rotel Tomatoes, and sausage.
7. Stir in the cream cheese, Rotel Tomatoes, and sausage until everything is combined, and enjoy!
Notes:
*You can serve this dip warm or cold, it is just a matter of preference. I personally prefer it cold.
*This dip goes best with Tostito’s Corn Chip Scoops, but you can use any kind of chip you
