The petoskey classic
Our soccer team entered a tournament in Petoskey Michigan, and in the highest division (gold, silver, and bronze) Our team had been getting really good at the time so we figured we had a good chance of getting to the finals. It was a 5 and a half hour drive to our condos,I was getting very claustrophobic in the car. When we got to the condos my legs were cramped because i hadn't walked or stretched for too long. there was a pool where we were staying but our coach said no swimming because it was seven o'clock and our first game was at 7:30 am but we had to be there at 6:30 which meant waking up at 6:00
The next day we woke up at 6:00 and had blueberry pancakes and milk for breakfast. I fixed my hair in the bathroom

This I Believe Essay Draft I was 9 years old and my little league team was in the city championship for the second year in a row. We came into the game feeling strong about our team, thinking that nobody could beat us. The first few innings were pretty stress free, a few mistakes here and there but nothing major had happened yet. I believe it was the 3 inning and the score was tied 1-1 when we pulled our starting pitcher out of the game and put in our star pitcher, Duncan. What happened next was unimaginable, they scored 3 runs in a row.…

I woke up to the irritating ring of my alarm, the smell of French toast lingering through the air, and the feeling of a spider crawling up my arm. It started out like any other day, but little did I know that this day was going to be a day to remember. I woke up early that day so that I could get revenge on my sisters and make them feel an icy cold shower while I felt the heat of a hot shower. The shower, however, was freezing because my sisters had the same idea as me. The shower that day was by far one of the coldest showers I have ever been in.…

Everybody should have a person like this. That type of person is the kind of person you look up to and wish you could be like. They are a great friend and someone who you can really love with all your heart and trust with your life, they have learned some of life’s biggest lessons from experience, and would do anything for anyone because that’s just the kind of caring and affectionate heart they have. It was the most intense match I ever had, we were down three goals to nothing, with 10 minutes left on the clock, the whole team was on the ground, we were all out of breath, we had abandoned the game. You could hear the sound of our coach shouting with his eldritch accent that nobody understood, you could also smell the smell of nature like you were in a forest. That night I wouldn't think about anything else other than how my team and I are a failure and a disgrace to the football world. That night was the night of my tenth birthday, my whole whole family were there, my parents and my siblings. When I looked over at my family's faces, I immediately knew that was their ashamed faces, so I immediately jumped up and starting running towards the ball, because I knew that I will go nowhere if I just stayed on the ground and just backed down.…
