Personal Narrative Essay On Feeding Animals

Decent Essays
July 18 one Saturday morning my alarm rang at 7:15 A.M to get up to feed all the animals , pigs, cows, goats, sheets, ducks, chicken, rosters, and other farm animals. I’ve just finished feeding the pigs, the last animals on my “ to feed list”.
I had fed the pigs meat, then went back into the house after an hour. I went to shower , and had left the radio on in the other room.Once I got out of the shower, I had opened the door. I was towel drying my hair. Hung the towel back and finally went into the room to open my curtains. While I was doing that I had heard “We’re under hurricane watch , so get ready for a hurricane warning the next few days. “ all I could think of was where would I put the animals.
It was 2 in the afternoon, I went to the market just down the street to get candles,food,flashlights/lamps .
Once I got to the market that was I I did. This lady was right outside of the market selling candles , but I just wanted to get what I had to get and go. It was getting darker and windy.
Really hard winds would blow really hard. The sky was also getting darker and darker. It took me about an hour an a half or so. After I came out , it was raining really hard.

Around 7 the water had finally reached right under the porch. I didn't know what to do at the time , what to do or what I was going to do but to go to my sisters, she lived 3 hours away before the rain got any worse, I packed all the things I used daily and left for about a week , once I got back a lot was

For my Tuesdays with Morrie project, I made waves of the ocean crashing into the shore with poster board and a lot of construction paper. Boarded by construction paper, I have ten aphorisms. The idea for my project was about the time that Morrie compared himself to a small wave seeing the waves ahead of him crash along the shore, and the wave knows his time will come to crash on the shore as well. Morrie compares him to the wave realizing that his death is coming upon Morrie just like the wave will crash into shore.…

Nearly 15 years ago, I was in the first grade being asked to draw the person I imagined myself to be when I grew up. My picture portrayed me and several different types of animals at a veterinary clinic with the explanation stating, “When I grow up, I want to be a vet because I want to help animals.” I grew up an only-child and was devoted to all types of animals as if they were part of my family. For as long as I can remember I have wanted to be a vet. As a child, I would pretend to do surgery by stitching together holes in my stuffed animals.…

They don’t have the intellectual ability that humans have to take responsibilities and control what happens around them. These animals are important in the society and the need to treat them with respect is paramount.…
